By accessing, reading and using this site of Vaulto Technologies Ltd. or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (“Vaulto”), you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of use detailed herein. If you do not agree to such terms and conditions, you must not use the Site. The following terms govern any and all access to and use of the Site, and apply to all materials, software, content, services, online communications and other information that is or becomes available on or through this Site (“Information”).
We, Vaulto, reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter the terms and conditions of this Agreement with or without notice. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site shall constitute acceptance of any and all revised terms and conditions. Vaulto may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice. Vaulto may also impose limits on certain features or services or restrict access and use of the Site without notice or liability.
General & Right to Use
The Information is the property of Vaulto. Information, brand names and other contents of Vaulto's Site may not be changed, copied, reproduced, sold, rented, used, supplemented or otherwise used in any other way without the prior written permission of Vaulto. Except for the rights of use and other rights expressly granted herein, no other rights are granted to the User nor shall any obligation be implied requiring the grant of further rights. Any and all patent rights and licenses are expressly excluded.
The use of any information, software and documentation available on or via this Site, is subject to these Terms of Use. Vaulto grants User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license, which may not be sublicensed, to use the information, software and documentation made available to the User on or via the Site to the extent agreed, or in the event of no such agreement to the extent of the purpose intended by Vaulto in making same available.
Information, software and documentation may not be distributed by the User to any third party at any time. The User shall not modify the software or documentation nor shall it disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile the software or separate any part thereof.
The Information, software and documentation are protected by copyright laws as well as international copyright treaties as well as other laws and conventions related to intellectual property. The User shall observe such laws and in particular shall not modify, conceal or remove any code, marks or copyright notices from the Information, or any copies thereof.
The Information provided on the site is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Vaulto disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and the use of the Information is at your sole discretion and risk. Vaulto assumes no responsibility to monitor the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Information on the Site. Information may not be updated when errors are uncovered or as new information becomes available.
While visiting the Site, you shall not submit, publish, post or transmit: (a) material that is illegal, indecent, obscene, libelous, defamatory, misleading or faulse; (b) advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation; (c) a computer virus, worm, Trojan horse or other element destructive to the Site; or (d) material that would infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.
Access to and use of password protected and/or restricted areas of the Site, if avavilable, is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals trying to access these areas of the Site may be subject to civil liability or criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
Vaulto may stop the operation of the Site in full or in part at any time. Due to the nature of the internet and computer systems, Vaulto cannot accept any liability for the continuous availability of the Site.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to the web pages of third parties. Vaulto shall have no liability for the contents of such web pages and does not make representations about or endorse such web pages or their contents as its own, as Vaulto does not control the information on such web pages and is not responsible for the contents and information given thereon. The use of such web pages shall be at the sole risk of the User.
Vaulto's inclusion of third party material on the Site shall not be construed as Vaulto's endorsement of any third party or its material, and no rights or licenses are granted to you in respect thereof. You agree to defend and hold Vaulto harmless from any and all liability that may result from your use of the such third party material or information.
Disclaimers
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL VAULTO, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN PROVIDING THE SITE, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA, SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, DELETIONS OF FILES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, NONDELIVERY OF INFORMATION, DISCLOSURE OF COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, THE MATERIAL, ANY VAULTO PRODUCT OR SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE AND/OR THE INFORMATION PRESENTED, EVEN IF VAULTO HAS BEEN ADVISED, KNEW, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Termination and Survival; Miscellaneous
Some of the provisions of this Agreement are for the benefit of Vaulto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and any third-party information providers. Each of these persons or entities shall have the right to enforce these provisions directly against User on its own behalf if user violates any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.
Failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Vaulto may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to users.
The place of jurisdiction shall be Tel Aviv, Israel. This Agreement shall be governed by - and all disputes relating to or in connection with these Terms of Use/Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Israel, to the exclusion of its conflict of laws rules.
This Agreement shall expire when User discontinues use of the Site.
In the event of breach of these terms, Vaulto may terminate User's access to and User's use of the Site and the Information.
Obligations and duties arising under these terms, which by their nature extend beyond the termination of this Agreement, shall survive any termination and shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter.
Compliance with Export Control Regulations
User shall comply with all applicable national and international (re-) export control laws, rules and regulations. In any event of transferring Information User shall make sure and guarantee that there will be no infringement of an embargo imposed by Israel, the European Union, the USA and/or the United Nations. The User shall indemnify and hold Vaulto harmless from any and all claims, proceedings, action, fine, loss, cost and damages arising out of or relating to non-compliance with such export control regulations by the User.
